In the Unani Tibb system of medicine, black cumin is regarded as a valuable remedy for a number of diseases. Sayings of Islamic Prophet Muhammad underline the significance of black cumin. According to a hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah, he says, "I have heard the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, saying that the black granules (kalonji) is the remedy for all diseases except death."[5][6]
The seeds have been traditionally used in the Middle East and Southeast Asian countries to treat ailments including asthma, bronchitis, rheumatism and related inflammatory diseases, to increase milk production in nursing mothers, to promote digestion and to fight parasitic infections.[citation needed] Its many uses have earned black cumin seed the Arabic approbation Habbatul barakah, meaning the "seed of blessing".

  • Zamzam water has a special physique that makes it advantageous water. This fact has been proved by a group of Pakistani researches. resepi

RESEPI NASI BERIANI
 

2 kilo Daging lembu/kambing
4 camb rempah beriyani
4 biji bawang besar goreng hingga garing
10 ulas bawang putih }
10 ulas bawang merah }dikisar
50 gm halia }
5 kuntum bunga cengkih ] rempah kasar
5-6 bunga lawang ] digoreng tanpa
5-6 buah pelaga ] minyak dan
2 batang kulit kayu manis] dikisar halus
1 biji buah pala kering ]
4 tangkai daun pudina }
4 tangkai daun sadri }dimayang halus
4 tangkai daun bawang }
4 tangkai cili hijau - dikisar
3 biji tomato buah - dicincang
3 camb tomato puree
100 gm kismis
150 gm gajus - digoreng
1/2 tin susu cair
2 biji limau nipis (limau ini diperah di atas susu cair untuk dijadikan
tairu)
Garam secukup rasa
1 cawan Minyak Mazola dan 3 camb besar minyak sapi untuk menggoreng bahan
bawang, kemudian biji gajus dan akhir sekali goreng rempah beriyani yang
dicampurkan dengan rempah kasar yang telah dikisar halus

Cara-cara
·       Potong daging jangan terlalu kecil (agak-agak dlm 4-5 inci)
Masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih dan halia kisar, daun pudina, daun
sadri, daun bawang, cili hijau, tomato buah, tomato puree, kismis, garam
dan gaulkan bersama serta perap dalam 1 jam.
·       Kemudian masukkan rempah yang telah digoreng tadi bersama dengan
minyaknya sekali, bawang goreng dan jagus. Biar di atas api sehingga
daging empuk.
·       Masukkan tairu dan biar di atas api perlahan. Apabila dah cukup
masak, minyak akan timbul dan ambil minyak tersebut untuk dijadikan
tumisan Nasi Beriyani.

RESEPI NASI DAGING

bahan A :
3 pot kecil beras Basmathi (direndam 3 jam)
250 g daging batang pinang (dihiris nipis atau dipotong kiub)
2 sudu makan serbuk rempah kurma (dibancuh dengan sedikit air)
2 helai daun pandan
80 ml susu cair
1 sudu makan puri tomato
2 helai daun limau purut
garam secukupnya
1 sudu kecil gula
1 sudu besar minyak sapi

bahan B :
5 biji bawang merah (dikisar)
3 ulas bawang putih (dikisar)
1/2 inci halia (dikisar)
1 sudu kecil jintan manis
rempah 4 sekawan (kulit kayu manis, buah pelaga, cengkih dan bunga lawang)
1 batang serai (diketuk)

Cara-cara :
Panaskan minyak sapi di dalam periuk. Tumiskan bahan-bahan B hingga wangi.
Masukkan pes kurma dan puri tomato. Tumis lagi hingga garing dan pecah minyak.
Kemudian masukkan daging, daun pandan, garam dan gula. Kacau rata-rata.
Masukkan air secukupnya dan masak hingga daging empuk (pastikan air rebusan daging sama dengan sukatan beras Basmathi...agak-agaklah yer)
Masukkan beras. Perlahankan api. Masak hingga nasi hampir kering. (boleh juga dimasak dengan menggunakan rice cooker selepas menumis bahan)
Tuangkan susu cair dan daun limau purut. Kacau perlahan-perlahan hingga rata dan sebati. Biarkan nasi masak sempurna.
Taburkan bawang goreng dan sedikit daun hirisan daun ketumbar pada nasi dan hidangkan bersama air asam serta lauk berkuah jika suka.


Bahan Air Asam

bahan-bahan : 4 orang makan
2 biji bawang merah (dihiris)
1/2 labu bawang besar (dihiris)
1 biji tomato (dihiris dadu)
8-10 biji cili padi (dihiris)
2 biji cili merah (dihiris)
1 cawan air asam jawa (-/+)
sedikit serbuk belacan atau belacan bakar
sedikit garam, gula dan jus limau nipis/kasturi
